If you contact us through this site, call the studio or email us, we collect what you choose to give us: your name, phone number, email address, and anything you tell us about the style or fitting you are after.

If you are booking a medical wig consultation, you may choose to tell us about your hair loss so we can prepare properly. You are never required to share medical information, and we do not ask for more than we need to fit you.

How we use it

We use your details to answer you, to quote and make your unit, to arrange your fitting, and to keep a record of what we made for you so repeat orders match.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for marketing.

Online payments

When you check out on this site, payment is handled by Stripe, a certified payment processor. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.

To fulfil your order we receive your name, email, phone number, delivery address and what you bought. Stripe's own privacy policy, at stripe.com/privacy, covers how it processes your payment.

How long we keep it

We keep your order and fitting records for as long as you remain a customer, so we can remake or adjust a unit later. Ask us to delete your records at any time and we will.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will action it.

This website

This site does not run advertising trackers or sell data to third parties. It remembers the items in your bag in your own browser, so they are still there when you come back; nothing about your bag is sent to us until you check out. If we add analytics in future, this page will be updated before it goes live.
